Job Overview:
The Lab Technician will assist in conducting tests, ensuring the quality and consistency of ink and coating products. The role requires hands-on testing, accurate record-keeping, and equipment management. The Lab Technician will work closely with the production team to ensure that all products meet internal quality standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory environment, preferably in the inks or coatings industry.
• Strong knowledge of chemical testing procedures and equipment.
• Proficient in using laboratory testing methods, equipment and instruments
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in recording data
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and proper handling of hazardous materials.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with wared based, solvent-based, and UV-curable inks and coatings.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong communication skills for reporting and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
