Qualifications:

• Ability to perform statistical analysis on large amounts of data and provide market reports with a concise summary of data.
• Ability to acquire and analyze market, school, MUD, tax and other data pertinent to the acquisition process.
• Ability to organize, manage time effectively, evaluate alternative properties and courses of action and decide appropriate action in complex situations with multiple variables, and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within assigned geographic territory.

Job Overview:
The Community Development Officer is accountable for negotiating with land and property owners sourced by Land Survey Associates (pre identified by land sourcing team). The role is also responsible for identifying, visiting, and validating targeted raw lands for acquisition and maintaining and building relationships with developers, brokers and city officials.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
