- Perform various errands e.g., filing documents in various government agencies, bank errands, collection, etc.
- Act as the Company’s representative to ensure effective coordination between various government agencies, private entities, and other offices.
- Responsible for coordinating with government offices in securing necessary permits and/or licenses.
- Drive vehicle for official travel and business and/or as requested by Management
- Ensure punctuality and safe transport
- Ensure vehicle is kept secure, clean, tidy, and in good working condition at all times
- Perform minor repairs and arrange for other repairs
- Ensure vehicle insurance and registration is updated according to schedule
- Perform administrative support, messengerial, and other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior, e.g., photocopying, scanning, shredding of documents, notary stamping
