Duties and Responsibilities

• Establishing a good affiliation with Philippine Economic Zone Authority in matters relative to Fixed Asset Management with the assurance of having a good working relationship while maintaining independence and corporate integrity.
• Responsible for educating Lines of Businesses, Departments on the importance of PEZA process adherence in matters relative to fixed asset management
• Farm In / Out Process: preparation and filing of Form 8105/8106, tracking and filing all related local purchases, assets transfer and retirement and coordination to supplier and internal customers and follow up with PEZA.
• Acquire new client from PEZA Accredited Establishment/ Industry
• Importation Duties: review and preparation of import documentation, coordination to forwarder/broker including preparation and uploading list of importable and import permit

Qualificaitions;

• Working knowledge of PEZA/Customs compliance processes
• Preferably with1 year of clerical/admin experience;
• superior organizational skills with ability to manage, store and retrieve large volumes of documents as needed/requested;
• excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Willing to travel from Calamba to Pasay
