WORK ARRANGEMENT:

• This is a Remote | Work From Home Position, but will require you to report to any of our offices one to two times per month.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
We are looking for highly motivated, success-driven, individuals who want to be in a working environment where professional and personal development is nurtured and work-life integration is highly promoted. Ideal candidates with the following qualifications are welcome to apply.

• Filipino Citizen, residing in Metro Manila or nearby provinces (preferably near Quezon City, Makati City or Alabang)
• Completed at least 2 years in college + relevant experience in sales or customer service
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
• With good network / online presence. Sales and marketing background is a strong advantage
• Career Shifters, Self Employed or Employed from any industry (Preferably from BPO, Banking, Real Estate or Sales)
• Fresh Graduates from any University and Insurance Agents that are no longer active with their previous company are also welcome to apply

IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS:

• Digitally-abled; has tools like a tablet, or laptop and mobile phone with stable internet
• Highly Trainable and Coachable, willing to undergo the Insurance Commission Accreditation and Licensure Exam (For Non Licensed Applicants)
• With Valid Government ID, TIN and SSS

ABOUT THE JOB:
All AIA Philippines Life Planners have their own mobile office where s/he can access everything from the latest products to their different presentation materials. This end-to-end Digital Ecosystem also helps facilitate efficient business operations, which also expands the business and allows convenience to reach other territories in the Philippines. Here’s what you will do;

• Solicit new business, cross-sell, and up-sell AIA’s Products to clients online or face to face
• Setting of Appointments to identify and pursue potential clients to maintain a strong client base
• Conduct financial planning, create proposals and recommend solutions to clients such as investments, life and health insurance – to understand their financial needs and help them achieve their goals
• Set meetings with clients for financial and needs review, stay engaged during milestones and celebrations, and possibly obtain a referral to further prospects
• Attend Meetings, Seminars and Trainings Online / Face to Face and stay up to date with the financial markets, products and services in the Philippines and Asia
