Key Responsibilities:
- Live Streaming Strategy: Develop and implement effective live streaming strategies for Tik Tok and Shopee to boost brand visibility and drive sales.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant live streaming content tailored to the target audience.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of livestream hosts and support staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Event Planning: Coordinate and manage all aspects of live streaming events, including scheduling, promotion, and technical setup.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze live streaming performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Audience Engagement: Interact with viewers during live streams to build relationships, respond to inquiries, and address feedback.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align live streaming activities with broader business objectives.
- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and features on Tik Tok and Shopee to keep our live streaming approach fresh and effective.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing live streaming or social media campaigns, preferably on Tik Tok and Shopee.
- Strong understanding of live streaming technologies and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Creative thinker with a knack for developing engaging content.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
