• Set up, operate, and maintain machine tools to fabricate or repair parts for drilling equipment, including custom and precision parts.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished products.

• Measure, examine, and test completed parts to ensure they meet required specifications.

• Monitor the machining process and make necessary adjustments to equipment settings to ensure optimal performance and quality.

• Perform regular machine maintenance and troubleshooting to avoid production downtime.

• Collaborate with engineers, welders, and other team members to address production needs and resolve technical challenges.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

• Keep accurate records of machine operations, maintenance, and production output.
