Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator with a strong background in property management and proven proficiency in Yardi software. In this remote role, you’ll focus on scheduling and coordinating maintenance tasks, managing requests, conducting virtual inspections, and communicating with tenants and vendors to ensure properties are kept in top condition. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively during Pacific Time hours.
Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling & Coordination: Use Yardi to schedule, prioritize, and track maintenance requests for residential and commercial properties.
• Tenant Communication: Provide superior customer service by maintaining clear and proactive communication with tenants, keeping them informed of scheduling and updates on maintenance tasks.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for inspections and repairs, confirming work completion and quality.
• Documentation: Record all activities, work orders, and completed tasks in Yardi, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Virtual Inspections: Conduct virtual inspections when necessary to verify property conditions and task completion.
• Emergency Handling: Manage and escalate urgent maintenance requests following protocol, ensuring they are addressed promptly.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in maintenance coordination or a related role, with hands-on experience in Yardi software.
• Property Management Knowledge: Strong understanding of property maintenance operations, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
• Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills, capable of managing multiple interactions professionally.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and attention to detail in scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Technology Proficiency: Experienced with property management software and remote work tools; no certifications necessary, but Yardi experience is essential.

What You'll Need:

• Language Proficiency: Advanced English communication skills.
• Equipment Requirements:
  • A computer with an Intel 8th Gen Core i5 or above, AMD Ryzen 5 or higher, or Mac M1 or above, with at least 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB SSD.
  • Reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps, wired for stability).
  • Headset for clear, hands-free communication.
• Preferred Additional Skills: Experience working remotely with U.S.-based teams and familiarity with other property management or CRM tools.
