Job Overview

As a Senior Accountant at Core Bridge Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial operations for our U.S.-based clients. Working remotely from the Philippines, your expertise will ensure financial precision, compliance with U.S. accounting standards, and strategic financial guidance. Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Integrity and Compliance: Uphold financial transaction integrity and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and tax laws.
• Audit Leadership: Lead audits and manage compliance efforts, coordinating with internal and external auditors to meet U.S. regulatory requirements.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Drive budgeting processes and forecast financial trends to inform strategic decision-making.
• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with management to provide financial strategies and insights that support business objectives.
• Tax Management: Oversee tax preparation and compliance, ensuring adherence to U.S. federal and state tax regulations.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and manage the finance team, promoting professional growth and fostering a collaborative environment.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related. CPA or similar certification preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in leadership roles, preferably with U.S. firms or clients.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Quick Books, SAP), advanced Excel skills, and thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP, U.S. tax laws, and regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and financial data interpretation.
• Effective communication skills, leadership qualities, and project management experience.
