• Process new loan (Mortgage) applications from the day of application to the day of release and assist the Account Officer or Department Head on the day-to-day administration of new accounts as well as special request of existing account.
• Prepares loan offering proposals together with the Credit Risk Assessment Forms (CRAF) and the credit scoring to be reviewed by the Account Officer/Department Head.
• Reviews all submitted documents and once acceptable, collects application fee and creates the Client Information File (CIF) in the Interim Loan Systems (ILS).
• Requests for credit investigation, credit checking, appraisal and title tracing with the Credit Administration Division.
