To work with the Director to develop and implement marketing-based strategies to grow the business using a range of tools and techniques, including e DM, social media, SEO, paid ads and other lead generation methods. The role will require the successful applicant to be innovative and creative, able to think strategically but also be hands on when required. The company currently sells B2B but is moving to launch a B2C channel very soon and the candidate will work closely within this project.

The Salary Range: Php 35,000 to Php 45,000

The Responsibilities:

• Create digital content for marketing (images, ad banners, ad mock-ups, short videos/reels, landing pages),
• Generate leads and add to the company CRM (Hub Spot).
• Grows and expands company presence.
• Market research tasks as required.
• Perform other related tasks as required.
• Provide general admin support, phone answering when the Director is away.
• Provide reporting of the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
• Report to the company owner/Director.
• Use a range of Social Media channels to communicate with target audiences, including Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest. Proactively identify and implement opportunities for posts and social media interactions.
• Use the CRM to generate & manage EDM campaigns, Social Media content, plus remarketing and communications strategy and tactics.

The Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in Digital Marketing or similar field.
• Background in marketing and social media management.
• Excellent time management and can manage multiple projects.
• Experience in B2B and B2C sales environments.
• High level problem-solving skills and can work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge in landing pages and web hosting is preferable.
• Knowledge in MS Office, Canva, and Hub Spot for campaign management.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and a team player.
