Account Managers will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships while striving to identify products that best meet their needs. Additionally, they will support internal departments by gathering information such as sales leads and testimonials, assisting with client data and complaint analysis, and identifying industry trends.

Salary Range: PHP 30,000 - PHP 60,000

The Work Set-Up: Work onsite | 4 days work per week | 8pm - 5am

The Responsibilities:

• Assist potential clients during onboarding and initial registration.
  
• Serve as the primary contact for centres, addressing queries and complaints via email and phone.
• Foster positive relationships with centre contacts through regular communication.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Perform additional duties to support business operations as needed.
• Uphold and promote the organization's values.
