Q20311: Data Entry Specialist

CONTRACT

Responsible for entering client information into an electronic storage system, updating existing entries, and appropriately organizing electronic copies of information. Must display impeccable organizational skills and experience working with various databases, razor-sharp eye for detail, and excellent knowledge of data management.
Salary Range: PHP 25,000 - PHP 30,000
The Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 6 am - 3 pm

The Responsibilities:
  • Data entry, encoding, and document processing within required timeframes.
  • Enter data into database software and check to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted.
  • Effective and timely resolution of data issues.
  • Resolve discrepancies in information and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
  • Respond to information requests from authorized members.
  • Confirm that documentation is completed according to job requirements and standards.
  • Perform other admin duties as required.
The Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of data entry software
  • Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to spot errors with accuracy and efficiency
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with staff members
  • Solid time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent typing skills and experience working with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
