Job Requirements:

3 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing.
Proficiency in content creation and management, including writing, graphic design, and video editing, along with familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines, and to create and edit marketing materials.
Analytical skills to interpret data, conduct market research, and make data-driven recommendations.
Understanding of sports, including the process for parents and what it takes to sign their kids up for trials, reflecting an awareness of their needs and motivations.
Creative, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently, handle changing priorities, and quickly learn new skills.
Diligent and self-managing, demonstrating a high level of initiative and reliability.
Proficiency in generating leads through Facebook and other platforms.
Experience with platforms like Mailchimp, Active Campaign, Twilio, and Facebook Ads Manager.

Core responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and performance analysis.
Create, curate, and manage content for various marketing materials, aligning with brand guidelines.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Support digital marketing efforts, including website updates, social media management, and SEO.
Provide administrative support and coordinate logistics for marketing events and activities.
Complete administrative tasks as directed, including membership renewals, sign-ups, and email updates.
Define and manage marketing campaign needs, including specifying the required amount of marketing leads.
Integrate marketing activities with main software platforms to ensure efficient tracking and analysis of campaign performance.
Generate leads through Facebook and other social media platforms to support business growth.
Increase social media presence and engagement across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and reach.
