Marketing Supervisor

The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and performance of marketing strategies and campaigns. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to coordinate and manage a team of marketing professionals. The Marketing Supervisor will ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with the company's goals and drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- Supervise and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and manage team development through training and professional growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy and make data-driven decisions.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- At least 2-5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and data analysis.
- Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns and budgets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media platforms).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Pay: From Php22,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Overtime
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
