Responsibilities:

• Provide information and assistance to customers
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent - with BPO experience preferred
• College graduates (With or without BPO exp)
• Graduate of any course related to the account is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
