SUNNEX Philippines Industrial Corporation is the polyester fiberfill manufacturing company and bedding manufacturers in the philippine. SUNNEX is leader of non-woven, has over 30 years experience in fiberfill.
Our products in fiberfill are padding and openfiber it's used for sofa, garments filler, padding stuffed toy and filter. Products in manufacturing bedding are pillow, comforter, topper, futon mattress and protector, Our brands are sold in SM department stores and other channels. most of our clients are bedding manufacturer, furniture manufacturer, hospital, hotel and resort etc..

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Know how to use Welding and Fabrication, and have factory/maintenance or Machine work experience for at least 3 years and up.(Most of the maintenance item would be roller, conveyor and fabrications)
- Proficient in the maintenance and repair of industrial equipment
- Experience operating hand and power tools, soldering and fault-testing equipment.
- Can speak English Language
- Can Drive forklift.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle emergencies flexibly.
- Industrial equipment Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair production equipment to ensure smooth operation.
- Inspection and Testing: Conduct regular inspections and tests on production equipment to detect and resolve issues promptly.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce equipment failure rates and improve production efficiency.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to the production team to resolve mechanical issues during the production process.
- Parts Replacement and Ordering: Replace damaged parts and ensure timely ordering and inventory management of spare parts.
- Documentation: Maintain records of equipment repairs and maintenance, and prepare repair reports and technical documentation.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to company safety regulations and operational standards to ensure a safe working environment.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
