Looking for an Merchant Onboarding Officer to join our team, which is disrupting the online payment industry in the Philippines. As an Onboarding Officer at Swift Pay, you will work with highly passionate, ambitious, and talented teams in the Philippines and Poland. The Merchant Onboarding Officer is responsible for the overall processes of onboarding new merchants and is also responsible for ensuring that all merchants met the necessary requirements, ensuring that the organization operates in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.


Key responsibilities:

• Establish and improve internal merchant onboarding procedures.
• Develop and maintain onboarding metrics to ensure compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with IT for onboarding automation to enhance speed and efficiency.
• Facilitate onboarding by collecting documentation, verifying details, and ensuring KYC and CDD compliance.
• Serve as the main contact during onboarding and ensure excellent customer service.
• Continuously improve onboarding to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
• Provide regular reports on onboarding progress and issues.
• Collaborate with sales and compliance for a seamless onboarding experience.
• Monitor and update the merchant database.
• Communicate follow-ups and updates via email and calls.
• Join external client meetings when necessary.

Required skills and job qualifications:

• Filipino national
• Over 2 years of experience as an Merchant Onboarding Officer
• Knowledge of BSP and AMLC regulations
• Experience in policy development and implementation, with strong writing skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and escalate issues to internal teams
• Independent work ethic with a focus on business success
• Practical problem-solving approach
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams
• Energetic and positive attitude
• Commitment to the organization's social mission and corporate values
