Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of pickups, deliveries, and payments collected, ensuring proper documentation and confidentiality
Ensure timely and safe delivery of items
Report any accidents or incidents to the appropriate authorities
Provide excellent customer service by delivering orders/items promptly and professionally
Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or questions they may have
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to lift and carry heavy items
Excellent communication and customer service skill
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns
Other assigned task as needed
Working Conditions:
The Messenger will work primarily outdoors, driving to various locations to deliver items. They may also work in an office setting to maintain records and communicate with clients and customers.
