JOB SPECIFICATION:

• At least High School Graduate
• With driving experience (able to drive motorcycle and 4-wheel vehicles)
• Holder of Professional Driver's License

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Messengerial Services

• Delivers and picks-up packages, parcels and messages as maybe assigned by the superior
• Collects payments from company’s clients
• Processes government related transactions
• Do bank transactions such as but not limited to deposit and withdrawal of cash or check.

Conveyance of Individuals, Products and Materials

• Provides driving services to co-employees or officers on official business, company guests, and other individuals
• Transport products, materials, equipment and other items to areas where they are needed
• Reports any case of accident, injury or damage of vehicles to the immediate superior

Maintenance of Service Vehicle

• Conducts daily check and preventive periodic maintenance of the motorcycle/service vehicle to prevent any accident due to mechanical failure
• Recommends any necessary maintenance/parts replacement of the services vehicle
• Renews vehicle registration

Request for and Liquidation of Cash Advance for Incidental Expenses

• Prepares request for cash advance for incidental expenses
• Liquidates the cash advanced by the company as per policy on Cash Advances
