JOB DESCRIPTION:

• In-charge of PRO concept shop operations:
• Including recruitment of promoters, store operation SOP, KPI setting
• Ensure all store process are followed and complied.
• Handles inventory management, store display standards and POSM management
• Conducts proper alignment with OIC, cashiers and front liners
• Concept shop construction coordination
• Keeps store identity standards
• LDU management and in store promotion execution
• Ensure all after sales service standards are met, including service SOP, service SLA and service process are aligned with HQ requirement

JOB QUALIFICATION:

• 1 to 2 years of experience with store management and people management
• Experience in telco industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related course
• Willing to work onsite

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
