Messenger:

• Before you living the office see to it that your delivery is already scanned and use your

reference number.

• Also check your Motorcycle like, Brake,tire,Oil,Signal light, brake light, and Registration ,in order to prevent irregularities.
• After you leave your post you must scan all delivery on that day.
• You must check your delivery dispatch to balance based on your pods, and make an endorsement of undelivered mails.
• All pods must have correct or complete details like:

A. Complete name of the Receiver
B. Time
C. Signature
D. Relation of the addressee just in case not the consignee
E. Name of Messenger
F. You must scan your pods after the delivery.
And others, please Monitor the on call pick up thru cash basis,For the instructions of used Official Receipts all your O.R must return daily to the cashier, and if you get new O.R please turn over the used booklet before the cashier release the new O.R.
That all yellow copy of our charge clients you must return to them for their file, every other day.
15.) You are directed to review our Company Rules and Regulations and religiously observe its provisions and mandates.
16.) The scope of your job may be modified or you may be assigned to another work location at anytime depending on needs of the operations at sole discretion of the Management.
Finally, you are to comply and carry out activities, instructions and others which the Management may assign to you from time to time. And You must return to office for daily time out.
