Company Overview:
AHA! Behavioral Design is a leading consultancy firm specializing in behavior change interventions. AHA! BD is currently contracted to implement the first three phases of the Development of Evidence-based Social and Behavior Change (SBC) Strategy, Materials, Tools, and Interventions. This project aims to enhance nutrition-related behaviors among stakeholders in communities across the Philippines through targeted interventions.
Job Summary:
The Multimedia Artist will create and produce designs and behaviorally informed communication materials for the AHA! BD project. This role involves working closely with behavioral insighting teams to develop effective visual content that aligns with specific systems and behaviors.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop collaterals and marketing materials such as prototypes, social media content, emailers, project branding & guides, and presentation decks
• Collaborate with the Social Marketing Lead to create the above-mentioned outputs
• Partner with the Copywriter to conceptualize and produce behavioral prototypes through AHA! BD’s Design Sprint process
• Attend and participate in Design Sprint activities
• Present concepts and design plans to the internal team
• Apply necessary changes and edits based on feedback from approving authorities
• Ensure brand consistency across various designs and outputs
• Handle other tasks as assigned
• Be ready to train on SBC insights and take on additional design-related deliverables during the project duration

Key Skills:

• Strong technical design skills, including information design, graphic design, and video editing
• Knowledge in photography, illustration, and/or animation is a plus
• Awareness of and immersion in contemporary and popular culture trends
• Inquisitive, meticulous, and deliberate
• Belief in the power of well-thought-out design to improve people's lives
• Willingness to be trained and develop skills in behaviorally informed graphic and multimedia design

Qualifications:

• Degree or equivalent experience in multimedia arts, advertising, fine arts, or any design-related course
• One to two years of professional experience in a similar position; work experience in advertising or production is a plus

Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
