Job Summary:
As a Graphic and Multimedia Designer, you will leverage your creative skills and technical expertise to design and produce a wide range of visual content. This position requires a blend of graphic design, video editing, and multimedia production skills to create impactful marketing materials, digital content, and branded experiences.
With a focus on storytelling and visual communication, you will collaborate with marketing teams, content creators, and other stakeholders to develop designs that elevate the brand and engage audiences. Your work will span various projects, including website graphics, social media content, promotional videos, and interactive media, contributing to cohesive and dynamic brand storytelling.
Core Responsibilities:

• Design and produce graphic materials for digital and print media, ensuring consistent brand identity across all channels.
• Edit and produce video content, including promotional videos, social media clips, and instructional or informational videos, incorporating motion graphics and visual effects as needed.
• Collaborate with content creators, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to conceptualize and execute multimedia campaigns that align with strategic goals.
• Utilize a variety of design and video editing software tools to create high-quality visual content.
• Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in graphic design, video production, and multimedia technology to continuously improve skills and deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design) and video editing tools (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro).
• Creative flair and a strong visual sense, with an excellent understanding of visual composition, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to translate concepts and ideas into engaging visual content.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment or independently.
• A degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• 2x a week WFH
