Restaurant Manager
Job Summary:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and ensuring that the restaurant meets its financial targets.
General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and ensuring that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained
• Recruit, train, and manage staff members, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback and coaching
• Monitor and manage food and labor costs, as well as other expenses, to ensure that the restaurant is operating within budget
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards, such as maintaining cleanliness and food safety practices
• Interact with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with their dining experience, and handle any customer complaints or issues that arise
• Work with the head chef and kitchen staff to ensure that the restaurant is offering high-quality food and beverages
• Collaborate with the restaurant owner and other managers to develop and implement overall business strategies and goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in restaurant management, and make recommendations for improvements and changes as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by upper management
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and inventory levels, and prepare reports for upper management as needed.
• Conduct regular meetings with staff members to communicate goals, expectations, and feedback
• Analyze sales and performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a track record of successfully managing a high-volume restaurant
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees, customers, and other stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in restaurant management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
