The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the restaurant and providing excellent customer service. The Supervisor will lead a team of servers and support staff, ensuring that all team members are properly trained and developed, and that service is provided in a timely and efficient manner. The Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, and managing inventory and expenses to ensure profitability.
Job’s Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of servers and support staff, ensuring that all team members are properly trained and developed, and that service is provided in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor service quality and address any issues or complaints that arise. Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve service quality.
• Manage inventory and expenses to ensure profitability. Monitor food and beverage costs, labor costs, and other expenses, and make strategic decisions to reduce costs and increase revenue.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant. Ensure that all restaurant areas are clean and well-maintained, and that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Develop and implement new initiatives and strategies to improve restaurant performance. Work with the Restaurant Manager to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
• Support the training and development of other team members. Provide coaching and feedback, and lead training sessions to develop the skills and competencies of the team.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance understanding of restaurant operations and management principles.
• Other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
