Octal Philippines Inc. is a reputable IT solutions company seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our partner team as a .Net (Python) Developer. As a .Net (Python) Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using both the .Net and Python frameworks. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in .Net development and Python programming, and a passion for creating innovative and efficient solutions within the IT industry.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables
  • Design, develop, and test software applications using both the .Net and Python frameworks
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
  • Troubleshoot and debug software applications to address issues and improve functionality
  • Ensure software quality through testing and documentation
  • Maintain and upgrade existing software applications as required
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in .Net development and Python programming
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in .Net development and Python programming
  • Proficiency in C#, VB.NET, HTML/CSS/Java Script, MS SQL Server, and web development
  • Strong knowledge of Python programming and its frameworks
  • Good understanding of SQL databases and SQL querying
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
