Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Non-Voice Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient care, with the ability to work effectively in a non-voice environment, such as telehealth or documentation support.
Needed Qualifications:
- Good communication skills.
- College graduate in nursing with a Public Health Registered Nurse (PHRN) license.
- 1 year of Clinical experience.
- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ health status and medical history.
- Care Coordination: Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Documentation: Accurately record patient information and treatment plans in electronic health records.
- Patient Education: Provide information and resources to patients about their conditions and treatments.
- Medication Management: Ensure proper administration and monitoring of medications as prescribed.
- Telehealth Support: Assist with remote consultations and follow-up care via digital platforms.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to safety protocols.
