Job Description
We are seeking motivated students for an On-the-Job Training (OJT) opportunity in Softlines/Textile at our Makati site in the Philippines. This program is designed to provide knowledge with operations and administrative/support activities.

• Assist in various aspects of softlines and textile team activities
• Support the team in documenting and reporting data needed by the Superior
• Collaborate with experienced professionals to learn about industry best practices
• Contribute to projects related to textile design, production, or quality assurance
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your understanding of the
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a textile-related course or program (e.g., Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or related field)
• Basic knowledge of textile manufacturing processes and softlines products
• Familiarity with quality control processes in textile manufacturing
• Basic understanding of textile materials and properties
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• No prior work experience required; this is an entry-level training opportunity
