- Loading, transporting and delivering/pull-out items to from clients or business in a safe courteous and timely manner
- Review orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness of QR deployment or after sales services. Report any backloads to QR admin Staff.
- Established and maintain outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Contact customer via call or text to confirm delivery details
- Orient the merchants and answer query
- Complete trip documentary such as acknowledgment receipt, trade check, photo uploading and expenses.
- Inspect delivery vehicles and ensure safety and security of loading and unloading process.
- Ensure availability and timeliness in accordance with the daily schedule as given by the QR team leader.
