Responsibilities

Provide online technical support either by phone, chat or remote access as needed. (Main Office is in Singapore. All clients in Singapore)
Previous online technical support experience.
Joining a phone call to support onsite & lead phone calls for installations of software including trainings
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent
Knowledgeable in CCTV Systems
Knowledgeable in Door Access Control System
Knowledgeable in PBX and IP Based PBX Systems
Knowledgeable in PC Repair/Troubleshooting (Hardware/Software)
Experience with Network Configuration and Troubleshooting, Router and Switches, Network Security and Firewalls, DNS, VLANs etc.
Provide basic training and support to customers when needed.
Provide support for online testing with engineers.
Other IT duties as assigned

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 830am - 530pm, Saturday 800am-1230pm
Office located at 718 Santo Rosario St, Angeles, Pampanga Philippines
