We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Director (Collections Agency) to lead and develop our collection business in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing collection operations, ensuring profitability, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Spearhead the growth of the collection business in the Philippines while ensuring profitability.
• Team Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the collection unit within an online Microfinance Institution (MFI).
• Process Optimization: Continuously refine and develop collection processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
• Budget and Financial Control: Manage budgeting and financial planning to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Partnership Development: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners through effective negotiation and collaboration.
• Portfolio Acquisition: Identify potential portfolios for purchase and oversee the entire transaction process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leading and managing collection operations, ideally within the MFI or financial services sector.
• Strong background in business development and process optimization.
• Expertise in budget management and financial planning.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in portfolio acquisition is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
