About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual with strong expertise in producing consolidated performance reports and investment statements using Orion. This role will focus on leveraging the Orion platform to provide accurate, insightful, and customized investment reporting for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial operations, portfolio management, and investment performance reporting, as well as hands-on experience with the Orion platform.
Key Responsibilities

• Orion Platform Expertise:
• Manage and maintain the Orion investment reporting software to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Customize and generate client performance reports, ensuring alignment with specific client and organizational needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Orion, collaborating with internal teams or Orion support as necessary.
• Investment Reporting and Analysis:
• Create detailed and visually appealing investment performance reports.
• Analyze portfolio performance, holdings, and transactions to provide actionable insights.
• Ensure all reporting adheres to industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Data Management:
• Oversee the integration and accuracy of financial data within the Orion platform.
• Perform data imports, reconciliations, and quality checks to maintain the integrity of client accounts and reports.
• Manage workflows for onboarding new clients or portfolios within the Orion system.
• Client and Team Support:
• Collaborate with advisors and other team members to address client inquiries related to investment performance.
• Train internal staff on the use of Orion reporting tools and features as needed.
• Stay updated on new Orion features and ensure the team maximizes the platform's capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience with the Orion platform, investment reporting, or portfolio management software.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Skills:
• Proficient in the use of Orion investment reporting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex data sets.
• Familiarity with portfolio performance metrics and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of compliance standards within the financial services industry.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other financial platforms or tools is a plus (e.g., Salesforce, Morningstar).
• Understanding of wealth management or financial advisory operations.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.

Work Conditions

• Salary: Competitive compensation based on experience.

• Workstation: Your workstation should be set up in a safe and secure home environment with stable and reliable internet (minimum speed of 25 Mbps).
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, US hours required.
