OSH NURSE
Location: Lipa City, Batangas

Position Overview:
Southern Star Aggregates, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) nurse to join our team. The OSH nurse will be responsible for promoting and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and safety practices, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to employee well-being.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees as needed.
• Conduct regular health assessments and screenings for employees.
• Develop and implement health and safety programs in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Conduct health and safety training sessions for employees.
• Maintain accurate records of medical care, workplace incidents, and safety inspections.
• Collaborate with management and HR to address workplace safety concerns.
• Promote healthy lifestyle choices among employees through educational programs and activities.
• Manage and oversee the company's workplace health programs and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Philippines.
• At least 2 years of experience in occupational health and safety or a related field.
• Certification in occupational safety and health is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• OSH NURSING: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Nursing license (Required)
