Role Overview: DS Security Solutions is seeking a full-time contracted Sales Development Representative (SDR) to spearhead our cold outbound efforts. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional people skills, experience navigating gatekeepers, and a strong ability to track activities in CRM systems. Familiarity with Linked In networking and/or multi-tenant industry is a plus. This position is remote and offers the opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing company.

Outbound Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in cold calling and outbound sales, with a knack for initiating and developing new business opportunities.
Gatekeeper Navigation: Proven ability to effectively bypass gatekeepers and reach key decision-makers.
CRM Proficiency: Skilled in tracking activities, managing leads, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Linked In Networking: Experience with Linked In for prospecting and building professional relationships.
People Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
Drive and Determination: High energy, strong communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
Coachable and Growth-Focused: Eager to learn and adapt, with a commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.
Passion for Technology: Enthusiastic about advanced security technologies and innovations.

Responsibilities:

Outbound Prospecting: Conduct cold calls and outreach to generate new leads and set up meetings with potential clients.
Gatekeeper Management: Navigate through gatekeepers to successfully connect with decision-makers.
CRM Tracking: Accurately log all sales activities, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Linked In Networking: Utilize Linked In to identify prospects, engage with potential clients, and expand your network.
Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, ensuring effective tracking and follow-up.
Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
Reporting: Regularly update management on lead generation progress, conversion metrics, and other relevant KPIs.

Qualifications:

Proven Experience: Significant experience in outbound sales, with a strong focus on cold calling and lead generation.
Technical Savvy: Comfortable with technology and CRM systems, with an understanding of security systems being a plus.
Stable Internet Connection and Conducive Work Environment: Secure stable internet connection with at least 50mbps. Has the ability to plug directly to home internet router and has an alternative back up internet connection.

Compensation:

Earn as much as Php 40,000
HMO for principal and dependents
