Refuel Creative is looking for its new remote Paid Advertising Strategist, Paid Search & Social Manager in the Philippines who will mastermind and manage high-profile campaigns across different industries internationally!
Refuel Creative is a leading digital marketing agency based in Australia that manages an array of clients, ranging from ambitious nonprofits, high-growth startups, top-tier e-commerce, boutique tourism brands, and more.

What to expect in the role
Should you be hired, we expect our Paid Advertising Strategist, Paid Search & Social Manager to:

• Manage high-performing ad campaigns: Dive into crafting and optimising campaigns, driving results for a variety of clients. This role will have a strong emphasis on effective management of paid social media ad campaigns across various platforms including Meta, Linked In, Tik Tok and more.
• Take ownership and autonomy: Take full ownership of campaigns, developing strategies, conducting in-depth research, and implementing cutting-edge SEM tactics.
• Adapt to changing and unique challenges: No more monotonous campaigns! You'll be switching gears between nonprofits, fast-paced e-commerce, exciting tourism ventures, and more. Keep those strategies nimble and stay one lap ahead of the competition.

Who is our ideal candidate
We expect our Paid Advertising Strategist, Paid Search & Social Manager to have these critical skills and experience:

• A guru in the making. At least 2-3 years experience in managing B2B PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, i.e. Google, Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In, Reddit, SEO & SEM.
• Adaptable skill set. Diverse portfolio of expertise ranging across different sectors and industries.
• Data is your co-pilot. Has the ability to understand and translate analytics into winning strategies.
• Certified expertise. Certification in Google, or other similar platforms, is highly desired.
• Passion for growth. Passion for tech and all things digital; know your way around a Mac or PC, Google Workspace, Google and Bing Ads.
• Desirable. Although not required for the position, having knowledge and or experience in areas such is SEO, SEM, paid social campaigns (Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In) is an added bonus.

Working particulars
The successful candidate will be hired as an independent contractor of Refuel Creative, a digital marketing firm based in South Australia. As an independent contractor, you will be entitled to locally competitive remuneration. However, as an independent contractor, you will be responsible for managing your own independent government dues, such as taxes, mandated benefits, etc.

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
