Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working on People Soft Development projects, utilizing your expertise in People Soft People Tools and other technical skills to deliver high-quality solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Design, build, and configure applications based on business process and application requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for applications.
- Perform unit testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and quality.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for application issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in People Soft Development.
- Strong understanding of People Soft People Tools.
- Experience in designing and developing People Soft applications.
- Knowledge of People Soft application architecture and components.
- Familiarity with People Soft integration tools and technologies.
- Experience in People Soft customization and configuration.
- Proficiency in SQL and database concepts.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in People Soft Development.
