P&I Assistant

- In-charge of all accident or illness- related repatriation of seafarers including legal cases documentations.
- Coordinates claims handling, sick wages and other related payments to managing offices, accredited post-medical clinic and P&I correspondents, as applicable.
- Assists the crew/next of kin on documentation requests for SSS, AMOSUP and other related claims.
- Notifies next-of-kin regarding medical repatriation of seafarers.
- Prepares monthly report and submits to Principals/Manager Officers, Managing Director, President, QA & Welfare Manager, FPD Managers.
- Prepares and safe keeps all files (Invoices, Receipts, Medical Reports and the like) for each medically repatriated seafarers.
- Provides general assistance to QA & Welfare Manager in all P&I related cases.
- 4-year course graduate
- At least 1-year relevant experience
- Background and expertise in the Maritime Industry is an advantage
- Excellent English Communication skills (written and oral)
- Has familiarity with using computer software and programs (MS Office, Outlook, etc)
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php22,500.00 per month
