The school Principal serves as the educational leader, responsible for managing the policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure that all students and teachers are supervised in a safe learning environment model that meets the approved curricula and mission of the Maple Bear.
Achieving academic excellence requires that the school Principal work collaboratively to direct and nurture all members of the school staff hired by the Board of Directors and to communicate effectively with parents. Inherent in the position are the responsibilities for scheduling, curriculum development, extracurricular activities, academic personnel management, emergency procedures, and facility operations.
Direct and manage instructional programs and supervise operations and personnel at campus level. Provide leadership to ensure high standards of instructional service. Oversee compliance with district policies, success of instructional programs, and operation of all campus activities.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
Pay: Php33,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:

Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
- Units in Masteral program (educational administration or equivalent)
- LET passer
- Special Knowledge/Skills:
- Working knowledge of curriculum and instruction
- Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness
- Ability to manage budget and personnel
- Ability to coordinate school functions
- Ability to implement policy and procedures
- Ability to interpret data
- Strong organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills
- MUST have strong background in a Preschool setting.
- MUST be familiar with play-based curriculum.
Pay: Php33,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
