Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve Sales Goals: Engage with customers using effective selling techniques and surpass your sales targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Educational Qualifications: College degree in Fisheries or Science is preferred, with sales or marketing is a plus.
• Personality and Skills: Charismatic and able to connect with a wide range of people. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Sales Experience: While a proven track record in customer-facing roles is helpful, your ability to achieve and exceed sales targets is crucial.
• Work Ethic: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel to provincial ports to engage with fishing fleets and customers.
