Job Summary:
Globalflow Industrial Supplies Co. Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pump Sales and Support Representative. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales of our pump products, engage with customers to understand their needs, and provide exceptional support during repairs and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell a range of pump products to industrial clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct product presentations and provide technical information to customers.
• Assist customers with selecting the right pump products based on their specific requirements.
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely and effective repair services.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to pump performance and maintenance.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales proposals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Basic understanding of pump systems or willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
