Sales Executive- Pump Machinery

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and network with industry professionals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and after-sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pump machinery or industrial machinery sector.
- Strong understanding of pump machinery products and applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and achievement of targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
