Executive Assistant to the General Manager - Bilingual

Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage the General Manager’s calendar, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and organize travel arrangements.
- Communication Management: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the General Manager in Mandarin, Tagalog, and English. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
- Document Preparation: Prepare, translate, and edit documents, reports, and presentations in Mandarin, Tagalog, and English. Ensure all materials are accurate and delivered promptly.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule, organize, and attend meetings, ensuring minutes are taken and follow-up actions are tracked and executed.
- Project Assistance: Assist the General Manager in monitoring project timelines, updating progress reports, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a liaison between the General Manager and other departments, clients, and external partners. Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Business Support: Assist in preparing business reports, conducting market research, and analyzing data to support decision-making processes.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and conferences as required.
- Multilingual Support: Provide language support by translating key documents and facilitating communication between Mandarin, Tagalog, and English-speaking stakeholders.
- Office Coordination: Ensure the office runs smoothly by managing office supplies, overseeing equipment maintenance, and coordinating with vendors when necessary.
- Fluency in Mandarin, Tagalog, and English (both spoken and written).
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and other business management software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of the General Manager.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
