- Assist the managers in order that company material and product for oversea purchase are smoothly purchases.
- Search for quotations from relevant suppliers to select the best quality of product with acceptable price from the suppliers.
- Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of credit, quality, price, term, delivery and service) with suppliers and sub-contractors assigned.
- Coordinate bidding process to ensure the transparency of the procurement in the company.
- Track oversea purchasing order into system.
- Monitor and coordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Respond oversea purchasing from the relevant Department by consulting with team and getting approval from management.
- At least a year of Purchasing Management Import/Export Management
- Bachelor degree related field or equivalent experiences
- Good skills for Word/Excel, Internet and E-mail
- Good in English both written & oral
- Be honest and responsible towards the job.
- Willing to work hard and be flexible on timings
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Purchasing: 1 year (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
