SKILLS, EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Benefits:
- Candidate must graduate any 4 years course
- With at least 2 years experience in Purchasing
- Knowledgeable in handling imported supplier and import/export related functions
- With expertise in supplier sourcing and product qualifications
- Can work under pressure and deadline/s
- Preferably with experience in SAP system
- Receives and assesses Purchase Requisition (PR) from different process.
- Sources possible suppliers for items required by end-users
- Evaluates quotations and checks capability of prospective supplier in terms of quality, cost, delivery lead time and stock availability
- Issues Purchase Order (PO) to awarded supplier.
- Monitoring of deliveries from supplier based on required delivery date.
- Informs and discusses with the user sections any delay, non-delivery of parts or any delivery related problems.
- Receives and assesses Purchase Requisition (PR) from different process.
