HOW YOU HELP
This role, which reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer, provides administrative support to the sales team and transaction coordinators. This support will enable the executive team to focus on high level decision making and grow the company to scale.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
We are a rapidly growing small business. Daily responsibilities will include:
1. Lead Generation Research, Data Management and Entry:
- Research property owner information, verify property values according to tax assessments.
- Conducting market research and verifying accurate information, consolidating this information in spreadsheets.
- Proofreading.
We are seeking someone who is dependable, detail oriented, enthusiastic, friendly, resourceful, and a self-starter who can anticipate needs. Our preference is for someone that would like to grow with the firm. Must have constantly reliable internet.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proofreading
- Must be familiar with REIPro platform.
- Know how to work in excel and google drive spreadsheets.
- Must have minimum five-years of data entry experience.
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Must have keen eye for detail, proofreading and formatting documents.
- Must be proficient with current technology:- Microsoft Word, Excel, G-Suite - Email and Drive, Dropbox, Openphone, Monday.com CRM, and REIPro.
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills, orderly and ability to prioritize work with accuracy and efficiency while staying focused.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility, as well as work in groups, and problem-solve using sound judgment.
- Skilled at feeding back -- and keeping everyone on the same page with where you’re at.
