The Real Estate Cashier is responsible for processing payments, maintaining financial records, and supporting administrative tasks related to property sales and services. The role ensures accurate financial transactions and provides excellent customer service to clients and real estate agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payments for property sales, rentals, and services.
- Issue receipts and maintain transaction records.
- Reconcile daily cash receipts and prepare financial reports.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding payments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing payment records.
- Education: Bachelor’s or College Degree in a business-related course.
- Experience: Previous cashiering or real estate experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Strong math skills, attention to detail, customer service abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Power Point, Excel). Knowledge of SAP and cashiering is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high transaction volumes.
- Problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage client concerns.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Proactive and capable of multitasking.
- Willingness to be assigned to various offices within the Batangas area.
This role is typically office-based with standard business hours. Occasional extended hours may be required depending on real estate transactions or peak business periods.
