We are looking for a Manager who is all about taking charge and driving restaurant customer satisfaction and sales to the top! As a Manager, you'll be responsible for analyzing profit and loss statements, creating store budgets, and keeping labor and food costs in check. Knows how to maximize resource utilization, minimize waste, and improve restaurant operations like a pro while keeping compliance with cash handling policies.
You will constantly coach and mentor Assistant Restaurant Managers, Shift Managers, and Team Members regarding the restaurant standards and operating procedures. You’ll be responsible for keeping the team in tip-top shape and ensuring that every staff member is delivering top-notch product and service quality. You'll be also setting measurable objectives for your team, evaluating performances, and promoting teamwork and harmonious working relations.
If you're a Bachelor's degree holder with at least 5 years of managerial experience in Quick Service Restaurants and must be proactive, with an upbeat attitude and customer service savvy.
