SAFETY OFFICER

Primarily responsible for promoting occupational health and safety within the organization. Together with HRAD Head, he/she shall be in-charge of developing, implementing, administering, and establishing programs of the Company in compliance with government laws and regulations, specifically on Department of Labor and Employment – Bureau of Working Conditions’ (DOLE-BWC) Occupational Safety and Health Standards, and with the policies of Toyota Motor Philippines’ Dealer Environment Safety and Health (TMP-DESH).
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Graduate of Engineering, BS Nursing or any four-year related course
  • Has completed the Basic Occupation Safety and Health Course (BOSH).
  • Has attended Fire Prevention and Control Training by BFP and Basic Life Support & First Aid Training by PRC.
  • Has a valid Professional Driver’s License, can drive manual / automatic 4-wheel vehicle.
  • With relevant exposure in conducting investigation and preparing safety-related reports
  • Facilitate trainings and seminar related to safety and health.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Good attention to details
  • Working knowledge of PC and Microsoft office applications (preferable excel and power point)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to drive manual and automatic transmission
