JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate/s must posses Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any Technical course graduate with BOSH Certificate.
• Must be knowledgeable in occupational health and safety regulations (incident/accident investigation, risk assessment etc.).
• Has experience in complying the regular government standard.
• With at least one year of related work experience as Safety Office 2 in Manufacturing company field.
• One open position.
• Willing to be assigned in LIMA SITE.

JOB DESCIPTION:

• Support the development of OSH Policies and Program.
• Conduct Risk Assessment and enforce preventive measures.
• Inspect premises and the work personnel to identify issues or non-conformity.
• Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle worker's compensation claims.
• Orientation for newly hired employees.
• Conduct/Attend safety trainings and seminars.
• Attend regularly / EHS organization meetings.
• Provide assistance to Emergency Response Team (ERT)
• Evaluate work permit
• Attend to regular OSH Audits
• Assist in the conduct of Work Environment Measurement (WEM)
• Participate in the accident/incident investigation.
• Monitor and inspect fire emergency equipment.
